1a. He thinks everyone should have a chance to say what they want and have a debate and hear what people have to say good or bad and if they liked it or not.
1b. He speaks out because he figures out that speaking to Britain isn't working, so he figures if he addresses the problem and instead of talking about take it into action and do something about it.
2a. They decide they don't want to break out into a war and just argue the situation.
2b. He distrusts it because he knows in the past they have just been talking and doesn't want it to keep happening,
3a. His response is that is will probably happen and to fight back.
3b. He thinks peace is the alternative to war and there is no peace so war has broke out.
4a. The British want to keep arguing and talking about it while the colonist want a war.
4b. If they were a stronger nation and had done something earlier.
